Each player is permitted exactly one pak97 account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts or accounts opened on behalf of someone else are all prohibited and will be closed immediately.

To access the full range of pak97 services you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number and a secure password of your choosing.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any point thereafter is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at that time.
Each individual may hold only one active account on pak97. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — are prohibited. If we identify multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered may be closed and associated bonuses voided. Where there is evidence of intentional duplication to abuse promotions, the primary account may also be closed.
Your login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number — are personal and must not be shared with any other person. pak97 will never ask you for your password. You are entirely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact pak97 support immediately.
pak97 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage. This may include providing a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC or other acceptable identification document. Verification requests are typically made before processing larger withdrawals or in response to account activity that requires confirmation. Failure to complete a requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until the verification is resolved.
Use of the pak97 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied before you may register or continue to use the Platform:
All financial transactions on pak97 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak97 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers and select debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. Available payment methods may vary from time to time and are displayed within your account dashboard.
Deposits are credited to your pak97 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. pak97 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside our control.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Processing times vary by method but pak97 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Withdrawals are only available to accounts that have completed any required verification steps and have met the applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds.
An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. pak97 may apply a monthly inactivity fee of PKR 100 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated through login activity. Players will be notified by SMS before any inactivity fee is applied.
pak97 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms which are published on the Promotions page and must be read alongside these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from free spins or other promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus funds are non-withdrawable and are ring-fenced from your real-money balance.
pak97 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing low-risk or hedging bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and any form of coordinated bonus exploitation across multiple players. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have promotional balances voided and may be closed.
All bonuses carry an expiry period stated in the specific promotion terms, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be removed from the account without notice.
pak97's VIP programme operates as a tiered loyalty scheme. Progression through tiers is based on real-money betting activity as defined in the VIP programme terms available on the VIP page. VIP rewards including enhanced bonuses, higher withdrawal limits and dedicated account management are granted at pak97's discretion and do not represent a guaranteed entitlement.
All bets placed on pak97 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game. For cricket, PSL fixtures and T20 internationals, additional sport-specific rules govern settlement, in-play betting and event cancellations. These are published within the Bet section of the Platform.
A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation reference number. Bets that have not been confirmed due to a connection failure, system error or any other technical issue are not considered placed and will not be settled. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet has been successfully confirmed before the relevant event begins.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as declared by the governing body of that sport or game. For cricket, this means the result as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC) or Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) as appropriate. pak97 reserves the right to void bets in exceptional circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, match-fixing investigations, abandoned fixtures without a declared result, or system errors that generated incorrect odds.
All slots and casino games available on pak97 use certified random number generation to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is made available within the game's information panel. pak97 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
Fish shooting games on pak97 operate on a real-money basis. Prizes are determined by in-game mechanics as designed by the respective game provider. All fish game play consumes real PKR balance and winnings are credited to your account balance in PKR.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method after standard processing checks.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting pak97 customer support. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course and any bonus funds with incomplete wagering will be removed. Your real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.
All content on the pak97 Platform — including but not limited to the pak97 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, data compilations and all other materials — is the intellectual property of pak97 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, adapt, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without the express written permission of pak97.
The pak97 name, logo and associated brand elements may not be used in any context outside the Platform without prior written consent from pak97.
pak97 collects and processes personal data in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes registration information, transaction records, gameplay activity, device and connection data and communications with support. By registering an account you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pak97 does not sell personal data to third parties.
